We took over this property, put in management, renovated units and got the property ready to sell. Then we  helped the owners transition via a 1031 exchange on the up-leg property.

We developed a sponsorship program to help Lee & Young build their referral network. Currently over 300 doctors refer patients to them.

We maintain and manage this investment property. In 2014 we converted a number of units to short-term rentals. Over the past three years we have increased the value of the property by 50%.
